INNOVA is seeking a motivated and experienced R&D Project Manager<\/strong> to support the management and implementation of European innovation and research projects in areas such as deep-tech, sustainability, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer.<\/p>\n

The role involves working with international partners, startups, research centers, public institutions, and innovation ecosystems within EU-funded programmes including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, EIC, and Digital Europe.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Coordinating EU-funded projects and consortium activities<\/li>\n
  • Managing project implementation, timelines, deliverables, and reporting<\/li>\n
  • Supporting proposal writing and project development activities<\/li>\n
  • Organizing meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring KPIs, project progress, and communication with partners<\/li>\n
  • Supporting dissemination, innovation management, and technology transfer activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Experience in managing or supporting EU-funded projects<\/li>\n
    • Strong project management and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Excellent English writing and communication abilities<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, or similar programmes is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments<\/li>\n
    • Interest in innovation, startups, research, and emerging technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
